Navigating Community Discussion Boards
Discussions, which are sometimes called forums, are a place where people can exchange messages of common interest. At TurnFirst, the discussions are lively and cover a wide-range of topics. Within our discussions, you can search for an answer, post a question or answer another member’s question within a discussion. Discussions are all about sharing views and knowledge widely so please post your information or ask questions to the larger audience of a forum since you are bound to get lots of responses!
If you wish to post a message on one of TurnFirst's many community discussion boards, go to the board you wish to post on and click the Post button near the top of the message list. On the Post a New Message page, you will see a Subject area and a Body area.
• In the first field, the Subject field, type a title for your message. This is the only part of the message that shows up on the message thread-listing page, so try to make it something that will be clear and concise.
• In the Message field, type your message.
• You can use the message controls to change the fonts, colors, and other aspects of your message.
• You can click the Preview button to see what your post will look like on the boards.
When you are happy with your message, click the Post button. Your message will be added to the discussion board and everyone else on the board will be able to read it.
Be sure to set your Mood today!
Give your friends a chance to share your good days and your not-so-great ones. Choose an emoticon from the Mood pull-down list that shows the world how you are feeling. You may also click within the comment area to tell your friends more about your mood.
